Anandita’s love of writing began fairly early, when she first read ‘A Christmas Carol.’ Since then, she has continuously attempted to write. Apart from her favourite author Charles Dickens, she likes to read Gustave Flaubert, Jhumpa Lahiri, Satyajit Ray, Nathaniel Hawthorne and Ayn Rand. Her favourite music composers include Bach, Sergei Rachmaninoff, Franz Lizst, and Joaquin Rodrigo. Beside music and writing, Anandita likes to debate about feminism and communism. Sociology and English are her favourite subjects, and she wishes to study them at Princeton University, USA.
